The CZ 75 B SA (single action) is identical to the CZ 75 B in all aspects except that it has a single action trigger mechanism and a drop-free magazine. The trigger is a straight blade type and is adjustable for overtravel. This version is perfect for sport shooting.
CZ 75 B is used by more governments, militaries, police and security agencies than any other pistol in the world. The CZ 75 is quite possibly the perfect pistol.

Won a Shadow - Added 1 month, 2 weeks ago. Added by mgardner
CZ Custom sponsored this years Spring Steel shoot at Rio Salado in Mesa, Az and I won a CZ 75 SP01 Shadow. I shot it and liked it so it's back in their hands becoming a competition pistol. Thanks.:-)

I can't wait for this event. since the last match I have put probably 600-700 rounds through my new cz75B SA practicing for the next event. Love this gun. also got sp-01 mags for it to hold more ammo, new trigger, new hammer, firing pin block plate has been removed and spacer installed, lighter main spring, completely polished internals and custom grips. that is the first round of upgrades. My goal is to compete in the limited gun division in USPSA local tournaments and ESP for the IDPA tournaments with it. i have a few more things in store for the gun but for now the trigger pull is like nothing i have ever shot before and this thing is really really accurate. thumbs up to the guys at CZ. this thing rocks!!! you have to shoot it when we get to del rio .
Cheers,
Dale Kahil
The Best 9mm Yet - Added 3 years, 4 months ago. Added by Pistol Guy
I became acquainted with SA pistols in the Army (1911's, and the Hi-Powers which were also available, through other supply). It became apparent that a DA capability for the first shot was as pointless on militarily-used pistols as it would have been on rifles, so I didn't even dream of a DA pistol. Long story short, as a civilian I discovered the CZ75 when it became available, and I was well-impressed with it - except for the redundancy (to me) of the DA feature. Then the gun appeared in the SA form, and I sold my DA version and bought one. I will never knock the 1911 or the Browning, but I think the CZ SA is much better. The only thing I would change (and I did, on mine) is the size and shape of the spur below the hammer. This interferes with gun-hand cocking, easily accomplished with the Colt, the Browning, and even with the CZ75B DA model. The CZ75 SA model, besides having a simpler mechanism, also has a somewhat heavier slide than the DA model, which then has greater inertia for chambering rounds under some adverse conditions. I feel that this gun, while advertised as a sport model, is more true to an attempt at an ultimate military design. And it seems to have most closely succeeded.

I have used virtually all types of semi-automatic pistols. The CZ 75B SA is without question the best pistol I have ever experienced. I don't like DA pistols and this SA gun is perfect for me. I carry it in one of the original production (wide shoulder straps) Galco VHS designed for a 5" 1911. It fits perfectly in this rig.
LOVE THIS GUN!!! - Added 3 years, 6 months ago. Added by aratron
Whenever people asked me what is my favorite pistol. I answered them .. the CZ 75. And the responses are usually pretty negative. "Why not a Glock? HK? 1911? Sig? Something that costs an arm or a leg?" But I personally believe that a good firearm does not have to have a high price tag or fancy name brand. It should be accurate, easy to operate, maintain and dependable. The 75 SA edition fits the bill. Even first time shooter friend can instinctively point and place shots dead on target (1" grouping @ 10 yards, complete rookie). You don't see that with a HK everyday. The trigger pull is very decent at around 4~5 lbs. Sights are a lot smaller & lower than my SP-01 which helps me stay focus on target. Weight is lighter than the SP-01 as well, so its easier to shot for longer duration, of course at the expense of stronger felt recoil. I love this gun so much that I just bought a TS edition. Can not wait to try that one out...
My CZ75B S/A - Added 3 years, 7 months ago. Added by gunnutmass
I cannot say enough good things about this pistol. I live in quite a restricted state(Massachusetts) and cannoy buy any new gun that I want so I have to pay more for used guns than normal states. I had a CZ-75 B that I got rid of and regretted. I bought another CZ75B but this one was the single action version(S/A) which appeals to me because I am left handed.Me any my friends call this our feel good gun. Anytime I am @ the range not doing well, my CZ turns my frowns into smiles in as little as a clip. More people should take a chance on CZ's. They are great guns!!!!!!!
CZ Experience - Added 3 years, 7 months ago. Added by 1900
This is without a doubt the best handgun that I have had the pleasure to shoot. It is highly accurate and easy to use. I have owned a glock, kimber and Sig Sauer in the past and this exceeded my experience with those weapons. I could not be more pleased with its performance. WELL DONE!!!!!
