The CZ 455 is the latest generation of the CZ bolt action rimfire. The 455 model will eventually consolidate all of the receivers currently used in the 452 line into one common platform. This combined with the new interchangeable barrel system of the CZ 455 will allow the user to easily change the stock configuration as well as the caliber of the rifle. The 455 retains the accuracy and quality of the adjustable trigger, hammer forged barrel and billet machined receiver from the CZ 452. Improvements that the 455 brings include new manufacturing technology and tighter tolerances for improved accuracy and smoother operation.
The CZ 455 American Combo Package is now available from CZ-USA. The package features the new CZ 455 in .22LR and a .17 HMR barrel along with everything you need to make the caliber change. The CZ 455 eliminates the need to spend the extra expense on a second rifle when you want to add another quality shooter to your rimfire battery.
The 455 models feature an integral 11mm dovetail for scope mounting and a 5-round magazine.

sub 1/8 inches at 50 yards, I own 3 22 lr and this is by far the best made and most accurate rifle out of the box. I recommend this rifle to anyone looking for the accurate bolt action rifle for under $500.00.
I have a 452 American chambered in 17 HMR in left hand model this rifle is a tach driver I have a Leupold M-8 fixed power 8x32. this combo is very accurate. We have lots of black birds and crows, but i`m working on em. I`d love to get the 455 American in 22WMR,and hopefully I will. Maybe soon!
Just added the 455 american combo to my growing list of Quality CZ firearms. The fit and finish is great, shoots fantastic, barrel changes are EZ. This rifle goes with my 512 22 mag auto wondefull gun! and my RAMI 9mm I use for every day carry. I'm sold on CZ products. Thinking now of a 527.
Just purchased a .17 HMR barrel for my 455. Ordered the barrel early evening on a Thursday and it arrived at 9:59 a.m. on Monday - great service. Went to the range to try it out - the accuracy was just so-so (sub 1 inch groups). That evening, I did a good cleaning and back to the range on Tuesday - fired nine five shot groups at 50 yards - ranging from .375 (of which there was a .228 4 shot and a .092 3 shot group clusters) to .618. With more practice, I am sure there will be a lot more sub 3/8" groups. Thank you.
Just ordered my newest cz rifle, a 455 american. Very much looking forward to it. Have had 4 different 452's and a 453 varmit in 17. They are the best rimfire rifles available without spending three times the money. Now with a 455 I can change barrels even the stock to any style. One thing that is missing, a 17 mach2 barrel. A run of those barrel would go over big. Even a 5mm rem barrel! seriously.Think of the possibilities.
Fantastic rifle! These rifles can be tack drivers. Very easy to shoot and they fit well.
I own two other CZ rifles, the 550 American Safari Magnum in .458 Lott and the 527 Carbine in .223 Remington. Both are fabulous rifles. I just bought the 455 American in .22 long rifle. What a fantastic, fun rifle!!! Great rifle to plink with. I am ultra impressed with its accuracy. One ragged hole right out of the box. Great job CZ!!!
Just got a new combo 455 with 17 and 22 barrels. Shot the 22 and found it to be very accurate @ 50yds, I'm quite happy!!! Haven't shot the 17 yet, still waiting on the scope, a 3x9 weaver. Tried to buy a 512 in 22mag,but could not find one. hope they make more soon!! Well in my opinion CZ makes a very good gun, great to see a reputable gun manufacturer out there.
I bought the 455 .22-.17 combo. I was not impressed with the accuracy of the .22 barrel and nearly traded it off when i was told to keep shooting it and im glad i did. The more i shoot it the better it shoots. It took around 200 rounds to get the barrel broke in and now im shooting amazing groups with subsonic ammo. I did the break in with high velocity cheap ammo. The 455 shoots right up there with my kimber model 82 now. If you dont like the way it shoots, keep shooting and cleaning it and break in the barrel. I shot A .277 5 shot group today with it at 30yd.
Just purchased this for my neighbors son Joey 11yrs old. 1st Rifle he has owned. When we went to the range the 1st time to set the scope, I was blown away at this little Rifle 22lr. Once we had it sighted in, I did not want to give it back to Joey. Where you aim is where it goes. More accurate than my highly, heavily modified Rem 700 .223 w/1:7 7lb twist barrel and 3 oz trigger. I am trying to get the the same hardware on the standard stock, and the shop is having problems getting one. This is the BEST KEPT secret in 22LR I love this little highly accurate rifle. It's beautiful and tight as can be. A great product in it's own right. You can find the worst ammo and it will put it on the money shot every time. GOTTA HAVE ONE!!!
I have a 455 American combo; only put 100 rounds thru my 22lr barrel. I love my 17HMR so much that I don't want to switch back to 22lr. With the 17HMR I get a .675" 5-shot group at 100 yds. Trying for smaller.
Amazing rifle. Accuracy with the .17hmr rounds is ridiculous at 100yards. I have been so impressed with the .17 HMR barrel I have not even gotten around to shooting it with the .22 barrel. I am very happy with my purchase.
I have the cz 455 thumbhole varmint in .22, absolute perfection... lapua subsonic hollow points grouping into one hole at 50mtrs.
absolutely fantastic groups with subsonic bullets; ragged one hole groups at 60 yards.
I own several high end 22lr pistol and rifles >My cz 453 is my favorite .Please don,t stop making them.
I have two CZ rifles, one is a 452 American, the other is a 452 varmint. They are the best rifles I've ever had. Both will shoot 1/4 inch groups My wife and I shoot at the local clubs, 22lr at 50 yards. The target I'm sending you was made with the 452 American at an outdoor range bench rest 50yds, sunny morning and light winds {sorry my scanner is not big enough to get all of the target but you can still see what I'm talking about} Straight out of the box with a tasco 6x24x40 scope, I'm keeping up with the Winchester 52's and the anschultz !!!! The best part it's half the price as those rifles. Thanks for making a great rifle.
