Wanted to send my thanks and appreciation to Zoe and Angus and Stuart at CZ-USA.com for their exceptional customer service. I'm new to the CZ line of pistols, and even newer to CZ-USA. I purchased an excellent CZ 75B Stainless model from them about a month ago, along with some half-checked cocobolo thin grips and screws. I had issues with the grips - the trigger corner for both "broke off"- on my first day with the gun at the range - on the corners near the trigger. I contacted Angus and he said "no problem, send them back with a letter of explaination" - so I did. Spoke to Zoe today and the grips I really wanted (full checked cocobolo) came in and she said she'll send them out. I asked if I could also give her my credit card to buy some stainless hex grip screws - she said "I'll just put some in the box with the grips" - really outstanding customer service. CZ-USA - you guys have a customer for life. Thank you!
